DC-PowerNotes - Version 7.0

Powernotes is written by a Chiropractor for Chiropractors. If you are looking to either upgrade your Charting System or this is your first step into Electronic Charting then you are taking a step in the right direction. DC-PowerNotes is designed in such a way that having 'Canned Appearance' notes is nearly impossible. DC-PowerNotes is not a canned note system, it is an automation system which prompts the Doctor through all areas of S.O.A.P. documentation to develop a custom and comprehensive patient chart detailed for each and every visit. Each patient and every visit is different and as such every chart will reflect different information pertinent to that date of service.

Learning DC-PowerNotes is very easy. We will walk you through the process of creating patients and templates. DC- PowerNotes will prompt you through all the areas of S.O.A.P. documentation and has easy to click on graphics of the patient to illustrate treatment and adjustment areas. You may also create your own custom 'templates' which can prompt you through common diagnoses such as lower back pain, cervical pain or motor vehicle accidents and more.

DC-PowerNotes is comprehensive and includes over 100 Ortho/Neuro tests, X-ray Reporting, Activities of Daily Living, Treatment Plans and Goals and Multiple Techniques. All of these features and more are included as standard. There are no hidden charges or separate modules to purchase - you get it all.

There is no additional charge to put DC-PowerNotes on all the computers in your office or have multiple doctors on the same system. DC-PowerNotes also comes complete with a series of training videos. They are basic tutorials on how to create patients, and use areas of the system.
