Refund Policy
Retail Automation does not Refund purchases. We will however issue a
credit on your account if a product is found to be faulty. This credit can
be used against future services or products purchased from Retail
Automation.
Exchange Policy
Retail Automation will exchange faulty products within 30 days of
Invoice. Any product found to be faulty after the 30 Days period is referred
to the manufacturer for replacement.
